Bengaluru Passenger Viral Post: What was supposed to be just another short flight turned into a quiet reality check for one woman. Somewhere between take-off and landing, she realised how much the world and kids have changed. During her Pune to Bengaluru flight, Ami Palan noticed something unusual. Most of the passengers around her weren’t adults, but a group of 12-year-old children travelling together for a leadership camp. As the flight went on, she couldn’t help overhearing their conversations and one of them stood out.
One boy casually told his friends that he already earns money online. He explained that he works as a game developer and video editor, creating resource packs for a popular game called Roblox. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, the kid was also heard chatting comfortably about Bitcoin and Dogecoin.
Sharing the moment later, Ami wrote, "On my flight from Pune to Bangalore, most of the passengers were 12-year-old kids travelling together for a leadership camp. One kid casually mentioned to the others that he already earns money as a game developer and video editor. He creates resource packs for a game called Roblox, which players buy using the game’s currency that can later be converted into real money. He was casually talking about Bitcoin and Dogecoin as well."

The experience left her both amazed and slightly shaken. Comparing her own childhood to theirs, she added, "At 12, I was still figuring out handwriting. I spent the rest of the flight reconsidering my life choices since middle school."
The post shared on X (Formerly Twitter) by the handle '@markmeyourze' a few hours ago garnered more than 149K views. Taking to the comment section, one user wrote, "The new generation is mobile and the internet first. We did not have that. There are pros and cons to both. I am glad it worked out for this kid." "One kid I know plays on behalf of other gamers and makes money," a second user wrote.
"Interesting to see how these new age warriors disown the country with the very first opportunity they get overseas," wrote a third user. "Everything has a price. Growing up too quickly would make him look at the world in a different perspective," added a fourth user.
What began as a normal journey ended as a reminder of how early talent, tech, and confidence now show up and how today’s kids are clearly playing a very different game.
