It features Veena Devi, a 52-year-old Zepto delivery woman who is fifty percent handicapped but still works every day with confidence and pride. The video was shared by Instagram user Mallika Arora, who captured their brief but emotional interaction. When Mallika asks Veena about her job, the delivery agent happily says she works with Zepto.

Mallika then gently asks about her condition, and Veena calmly explains that despite her disability, she has been working nonstop since last June to support herself. Touched by her strength, Mallika asks if she can do anything to help. Veena’s answer is simple and powerful: "Just keep supporting me." Mallika encourages her, saying she is proud of her and wants her to keep going.

In that moment, I realised some people don’t just live, they fight every day. She didn’t deliver an order, but she delivered inspiration.”

Her words deeply moved people across social media. Many praised Veena’s courage and strength. Zepto’s official page also joined in, commenting, "Proud of her". Soon, thousands of viewers shared how inspired they felt after watching the clip. "I’m so proud of Aunty, boomers are made differently. Integrity and hope," a user wrote. "Real inspiration. "I once saw a delivery guy from Blinkit. He came to my home to deliver goods and both his hands were kind of not working properly. I gave him a 300-rupee tip just because of how hardworking he was. The happiness on his face was priceless. I felt so good just because I was able to help someone in need," added a third user.
