Amul Doodle: When a light-hearted concert moment turned into a corporate shocker, Amul didn’t miss a beat. The popular dairy brand dropped a hilarious doodle after a video of Astronomer’s former CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot sharing a cosy moment on a kiss cam at a Coldplay concert took the internet by storm. The viral video showed the two smiling and hugging in the crowd, followed by Coldplay’s lead singer Chris Martin joking, “You’re having an affair.” What many thought was just a funny clip ended up triggering online chaos, and eventually, Andy Byron’s resignation.

Amul joined the meme fest with a cheeky illustration showing the Amul girl reacting with a surprised face. The doodle read: “Hum tum ek camera mein bandh ho! Amul – Only scoops, no oops!” The pun-filled caption quickly caught people’s attention, adding more fuel to the already viral controversy.

Soon after the clip exploded online, Astronomer issued a statement saying that Byron had stepped down. “Our leaders are expected to model the highest standards… and recently, that standard was not upheld,” the company said. Pete DeJoy, co-founder and CPO, has now taken over as interim CEO.

While the internet continues to buzz with reactions, memes, and jokes, Amul’s sharp take has once again proved why it’s always on point when it comes to topical moments, blending humour with headlines like no one else. "Amul got no chill," a user wrote. "Amul content team be like- You know you love me, xoxo Gossip Amugurl," a second user added.
