Viral Video: Appreciating the practice of embedding the importance of cleanliness at a young age in kids in other countries, business tycoon Anand Mahindra shared a video of the same on social media. Lauding the idea, the businessman further suggested doing something similar in Indian schools and pre-schools as well. As soon as the video was shared, it went viral and impressed many. Some netizens also suggested that the same practice can be done at home as well.

This is how to embed cleanliness & tidiness & collaboration in our basic nature. Can we make this practice a standard part of pre and elementary schools??”

The video immediately went viral and gained all kinds of reactions from many. Most people agreed with the billionaire, while others pointed out that such habits should begin from home itself. Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Idea is great, but rather than schools we should start these things at home first,” a user said. “You don’t have to do that. Kids in California schools are taught to put things back in their original place. They have libraries in the classroom. Every meeting I attended in corporate America, people picked up after them from the President on down,” said next. “We have a lot to learn from the Japanese. Instilling these qualities of cleanliness in early life can potentially transform a country's litter and trash problems,” said another.
“With due respect Sir, this has to start from home. We made this a habit for our kids to clean up after play and food. Now the situation is, if I throw a wrapper my 3-year-old daughter scolds me to throw it in the dustbin,” said next.
