Viral Video: A Bengaluru man’s appetite for some healthy salad was completely ruined after he found a snail in his salad. A video of the same was shared online, which went viral immediately and left people gagging out of disgust. The said snail, which was very much alive, was seen sitting on what appeared to be a cabbage leaf. Rushing into action, the man instantly took the matter on the internet and chastised the restaurant, Leon Grill, for the mistake. Although the said incident unfolded back in December, regardless the video is now going viral yet again on social media.

The video was shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the user ‘Dhavalsingh7’. The post was captioned, “Never ordering from @LeonGrill ever again! Blr folks take note. Ughhhhh.”

Meanwhile, the restaurant has reportedly taken the ‘salad’ off their menu, as the same man, Dhaval Singh, shared about it on his social media handle 10 days after the incident unfolded. “Wow, it seems Leon Grills has removed salad from their menu itself. I hope this is a step in the right direction,” his tweet read. 

The post went viral as soon as it was shared on social media. Most people chastised the restaurant and demanded action, while the rest recalled their own stories and questionable experiences. Some also enquired about the exact restaurant from where the man ordered his salad, so that they could avoid it. The post was shared a while back and pulled 237K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Wow. That is bad,” a user said. “I swear man... Even salads are not safe,” said another. “Which side of Bengaluru, Leon grill order is it... is it of Kammahalli or Indiranagar or????” asked another. “OMG. If this goes viral, @leongrill will have to rechristen - no other option. Meanwhile, I'm dreading thinking about their kitchen hygiene standards,” said a fourth person. 

“Damnnn, Leon's grill's quality is consistently going bad. The last 3 times I ordered, the chicken tasted like sh*t. Never ordering from them again!” joined a fifth user. “Been there bro. Same thing. Leon grill, worm in salad,” said a seventh person. 

“Doesn't this mean the food is fresh? On a serious note, very bad Leon Grill!” joined another. “It's because the public accepts these as normal and throws shit at them and the public would lap it up within no time. Our public gives a damn abt quality, no one dares files a consumer case,” added another.
