Bengaluru Man Viral Post: A man from Bengaluru recently conducted a social experiment that has gone viral, sparking discussion about the power of AI. The man shared a series of posts on X, where he mentioned how he got bored and decided to test ChatGPT's new GPT-4o image generation tool.
“I got bored and decided to play with ChatGPT’s new 4o image generation tool. Made some super realistic AI-generated pics of a girl. Then came the evil idea: ‘Why not make a Bumble profile in Bangalore with it?’”
What he mentioned further was nothing short of shocking, "Within 2 hours I got 2750+ Likes, hundreds of superswipes, compliments & Paragraph long compliments. My phone literally had a seizure, tun tun tun tun every second.”
He continued to describe the flood of attention he received, with men offering everything from ice cream to concert tickets. Reflecting on what he saw, he added, “Guys offered me ice cream, concert tickets, and whatnot.”
After 12 hours, Bumble took down the fake profile, but the man was left reflecting on the emotional vulnerability of men on the app. He concluded his post with a striking observation, “Men loneliness epidemic? Nah, it’s a full-blown apocalypse.”
