BTS V, Jimin, Jungkook and other members' dance video, completely killing it to the hit Bollywood song by Sonu Nigam, ‘Gum Shuda’, surfaced online and went viral. In the clip, all the Kpop idols of the superband BTS, can be seen embodying Shah Rukh Khan’s dancing spirit from the original music video. It seemed like the clip left the BTS ARMY feeling ‘Gum Shuda’ instead, to the enchanting performance by the idols. The edit was perfected to the point where it appeared as if the Bangatan Boys was dancing to the Bollywood song in reality as well.
The song ‘Gum Shuda’ was from the film ‘Chalte Chalte’, which was released more than two decades ago, in 2003. The film starred Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji.
The video went viral almost immediately, as fans were in love with the edit. Most hailed the editor for the song selection and smooth work, while the rest loved the idols looking as if they were dancing to a Hindi song.
The video was shared on social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘jhunjhunastic’. The post was captioned, “This song brings back so many memories!” The video was shared 3 days ago and pulled more than 3K likes from people.
