Canadian Bride Viral Video: A Canadian couple of Indian origin, who had traveled all the way to Bengaluru to tie the knot, never imagined that their dream wedding would take such a devastating turn. What was meant to be a picture-perfect moment turned into a terrifying accident when a planned photoshoot went horribly wrong.
Excited to capture a breathtaking wedding shot, the bride and groom stood together as vibrant colour bombs were set to explode behind them, adding a magical touch to their celebration. However, things didn’t go as planned. One of the colour bombs malfunctioned, misfiring directly toward the couple. The bride, who had been all smiles just moments before, found herself in unbearable pain as the blast left her with burns on her waist and other areas.
The viral video capturing the unfortunate moment shows the accident in real-time, followed by heart-wrenching visuals of the bride lying in a hospital bed, her injuries clearly visible. The incident occurred between the wedding ceremony and the reception, during what was supposed to be a romantic photoshoot.

The shocking incident was shared by the couple, Vicky & Piya, on their Instagram account 'viaparadise.' Their post captured the shocking moment when their wedding photoshoot went terribly wrong. In the caption, they wrote, "The plan was to have these beautiful colour-bombs go off in the background for an epic shot, but it malfunctioned and shot at us. We were also about to hold our baby with us." The video itself carried an emotional text overlay that read, "Burned on my wedding day, a reminder that evil eye is real."
The video, shared just a day ago, has already amassed a staggering 54 million views on social media. Many were quick to share their thoughts on the shocking incident, with opinions divided on the cause of the mishap.
One user strongly believed in the concept of the evil eye and commented, "This is so true. The evil eye is as real as the day. Even in Islam evil eye has been said to be real. This is why you should only share your wedding day with the people you know and love. Having an extravagant wedding usually results in an evil eye. It is sad but maturity is realising that it is true. Even people you think are your friends can be jealous and be causing the evil eye."
However, not everyone agrees with this perspective. Another user dismissed the superstition, pointing out a more practical reason for the accident, writing, "It’s not evil eye. Just lack of proper safety measures."
