Gurugram Restaurant Viral Video: A video from a well-known restaurant in Gurugram has left people shocked and it's not for a good reason. A couple, believed to be IAS officers, recently visited The House of Celeste for a quiet meal. But what was supposed to be a simple dinner turned disturbing when they found a dead caterpillar in their salad. The woman, clearly upset, recorded the moment and showed the insect in her food. In the video, she can be heard saying, “No matter how high-end or fancy the restaurant is, they’re selling something worth Rs 100 for Rs 600.” The clip quickly went viral, with many users expressing concern over food safety at even top-rated places.
According to the reports, the couple didn’t stop at complaining to the staff; they raised the issue with the food and supply department. Soon, health officials reached the restaurant, collected food samples, and sent them for lab testing in Karnal. But there’s more. During the inspection, the authorities found that the restaurant didn’t have proper food safety documents. Important records like pest control reports and FSSAI training certificates were missing.
Officials have confirmed that the case is being taken seriously, and further steps will be taken after the test results arrive. Meanwhile, the viral video continues to spark conversations about whether we’re really getting what we pay for, even at high-end places.
