The tag that started in 2024 hasn’t left him yet and thanks to a new twist, it’s back in full force. For those who don’t remember, last year, he was jokingly blamed after meeting cricketer Suryakumar Yadav, who then went on to score just 6 runs in a T20 match. Now, people are connecting him to something much bigger: US President Donald Trump’s latest move on H-1B visas.

Trump recently signed an order increasing the H-1B visa petition fee to a whopping USD 100,000. This sudden change left Indian techies worried, but somehow, Billore’s name got dragged into the chaos. Why? Because just days before the order, he had posted a picture from the US, captioned, “Hello from Google’s headquarters, Googleplex, Mountain View, California, United States.” Netizens quickly joined the dots in their own funny way, saying his US trip was the reason behind the hike.

Memes and jokes soon flooded social media, with many claiming Billore’s visit brought bad luck for Indian professionals hoping to work in the US. "We have the main culprit for the H1B woes identified. Track record maintained," a user wrote. "Thank you so much for visiting the USA. Please meet Trump on your way back," a second user wrote.

"Keep going, US companies and destroy all," wrote a third user. "Thank you, brother, your services will be remembered. Try to visit the white house as well," added a fourth user humorously. "US downfall now guaranteed. Thanks bhai for your service to the nation," added another user.
