Lucknow Viral Video: If there had been a class on ‘how not to steal’, this Lucknow man would surely have been the teacher! A video was shared on social media, where a drunk man horribly failed in ‘executing’ his robbery plan- for obvious reasons. The man, as per the viral post, failed to run away with a sack of potatoes that he stole from an uncle in Lucknow’s Rajni Khand area. As soon as the uncle- along with a few other people- caught up to him, the owner of the stolen potatoes switched to a ‘cop mode’. Throwing slaps after slaps, the already hilarious theft turned further funny, as netizens began to compare the uncle with Ajay Devgn’s hit cop character Singham. The exact date of the incident could not be confirmed.

The UP video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘vivek_mishra97’. The post was captioned, “He stole grandfather's sack of potatoes and ran away but was unable to escape because he was drunk! Dada caught him and beat him up in Ajay Devgan style and I made a video. Location- Rajnikhand Lucknow.” The video was shared today and pulled 52K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Singham movie dekliya hoga uncle ne (Maybe uncle watched the film Singham),” a user said. “Uncle gave the thief a good thrashing. I was drunk so I couldn't even run away. When I dared to steal potatoes, I got kicked straight in the face. By the way, thieves these days are also amazingly stupid, they come to steal while drunk,” added another.

“Baba ji did too much, he was drunk, it is possible that he took him while drunk, so if NASA had asked after landing, Baba would have revealed his full role,” added another. “Singham again style. Superb hitting by Uncle Ji, well done Uncle Ji good job,” wrote another. “Uncle was in full mood, I hope the police take this matter,” commented the next.
