Air India Viral Video: A flight from New Delhi to Bangkok turned into a shocking nightmare for passengers after a bizarre incident in Air India’s business class went viral online. According to reports, a middle-aged man, apparently drunk, allegedly urinated on fellow travellers during the journey. 23-year-old content creator Shivamm Raghav, travelling alone, shared the disturbing experience on Instagram. He described the ordeal as "one of the worst flight experiences" of his life.
Shivamm, who often flies the Delhi-Bangkok route, had chosen Air India’s business class to compare it with Thai Airways, which he usually prefers. While he found the in-flight service acceptable, the way the situation was handled left him deeply unsettled.
“With no visible accountability and no real sense that passenger safety was being prioritised. It made me question everything — is there no law or safety protocol to protect passengers onboard, does flying business class give someone a free pass, and is this really how such incidents are handled after passengers spend nearly $1,000 (Rs 80,000) on a one-way ticket?" Shivamm wrote.
He highlighted that the cabin had only eight seats and no female passengers. “Thankfully there were no female passengers onboard, which is honestly the most disturbing part because if a woman were travelling alone and had to experience something like this, how could she ever feel safe again? Flying is supposed to be one of the safest forms of travel, but moments like this make you wonder if that’s still true," he added, tagging Air India’s official account.
In the video, a passenger can be heard confronting the crew: "He’s exposing himself to us. What are you guys talking about?" Shivamm also captured his reaction: "Bhai mai yaha baitha hu, wo waha washroom se aya and he started peeing right there. He peed on this guy and he even had to change his pants. What kind of people are there? Business class hai bhai ye."

The video has since gone viral, racking up over a million views and sparking heated discussions online. While many criticised the airline for its response, others focused on passenger behaviour. One user wrote, "Why are people trying to argue like being drunk is a valid reason to purposefully piss on people....he should have been welcomed on landing by police, it's public indecency."
"Sorry for your experience, buddy. But was he an unwell / older person who was having bladder issues? Only then would the flight crew assist him, no?" a second user wrote. "Standard behaviour of business class and first class drunks," added a third user.
