Elephant Comforts Caretaker Viral Video: Sometimes, the purest love comes from those who don’t speak our language, like in this beautiful video of an elephant taking care of her human friend during heavy rain. Shared by Lek Chailert, founder of Thailand’s Save Elephant Foundation, the video shows her standing with two elephants under a mushroom-shaped shelter, trying to stay dry as it pours down. One of the elephants, named Faa Mai, stood close to her, watching carefully as more elephants started gathering. Sensing that Chailert might get pushed or hurt in the crowd, Faa Mai gently reached out her trunk to check on her, making sure she was okay and safe. The kind gesture touched hearts all over the internet, and the video has already been watched over 137k times.

Chailert shared this touching moment on Instagram and wrote, "It was raining heavily, and we huddled under the mushroom arbor to take shelter. As we waited for the rain to pass, I began singing the ‘Falling Rain’ song to the elephants. One by one, more elephants gathered, drawn by the sound and seeking shelter from the downpour."

She added, "Faa Mai, ever attentive, was worried I might be pushed by the other elephants. She gently used her trunk to check on me, making sure I was safe and okay. When the rain stopped, she quickly pulled me away from the crowd, guiding me out with care. Faa Mai is an elephant with a gentle heart and thoughtful spirit—always delicate, always cautious. She truly is the best guardian anyone could ask for."

The video shared two days ago received 138k views from social media users. "What a privilege to have the trust and love of these elephants," a user wrote. "They always sense exactly where you are and are careful not to push you which is amazing considering how big they are," a second user added. "What an honor to be guided by such a gentle and thoughtful spirit~ Such an intelligent being--Faa Mai!!" added a third user. "This makes tears come to my eyes. Such a Blessing to witness love in its purest form" wrote a fourth user.
