The fan-following of the film ‘Gadar’ dates back to the early 2000s, when the movie became an instant hit after its release in 2001. Now, with the film’s second part making a comeback after more than twenty years, the nostalgia-hit fans are celebrating the film in their own way. Something similar took place in this movie hall, where a fan started dancing to the hit song ‘Main Nikla Gaddi Leke’ while watching the recently released ‘Gadar 2’. The video of the fan grooving to the tunes of the song inside the cinema hall instantly went viral after it surfaced on social media. The fans and the netizens loved the man’s energy and related to his love for the movie.

In the video, the man was seen dancing to the familiar tunes while watching ‘Gadar 2’. The people around him were also seen cheering for the man as they seemed to enjoy his carefree performance of the iconic dance steps from the film. The cinema hall was filled with applause and cheers. The viewers were mostly smiling from ear to ear as the camera panned towards them.

The performance went viral as the movie fans on the internet loved the vibes of the video. Most of the people related to the fandom in the cinema hall and expressed their love for the movie and the actors. Taking to the comment section, the people shared their views.

“People who don't like the movie are gen z born after the release of gadar1,” a user said. “Only 90's and early 20's people understand the emotion of this film....this in not for gen-z,” added a second viewer. “Bharat Mata ki jai,” commented a third person. “Bhyi we can be friend. I also want to dance in theaters,” added a fourth. “This movie is not just a movie, it's our emotions,” joined a fifth.

‘Gadar 2: The Katha Continues’ was released on August 11, while the film’s first instalment came out in 2001. The movie starred Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel as the main leads.
