Viral Video: A beautiful wedding moment from Australia is melting hearts all over social media. A proud father’s giving-away speech at his daughter’s wedding has the internet in tears. What began as a funny message quickly turned emotional, bringing both the bride and groom to tears.
In the viral video, the father can be heard saying, “As every parent in this room knows, raising children is a lot of work. So when your daughter comes home and asks for some extra money for concert tickets, or to go dining with friends, hey Will (addressing the groom), that's your job now. When she needs a ride because she is out drinking with friends, well, that's your job now."
He further added in the video, “But as every parent in this room knows, there are a lot of precious moments as well. When she runs into the room, super excited with special news and wants you to be the first to know, well, that's your privilege now. When she just wants you by her side because she is worried, scared, or sad, that's your privilege now. Being the most important man in her life, that's your privilege too. So respect it, enjoy it, and all the best, Will and Filpa.”

He shared the video with the caption, "What starts as a funny list of 'new husband responsibilities' turns into one of the most touching ways a dad could ever give his daughter away. This one will hit you right in the heart." The video shared just a day ago received 6.5 million views from social media users.
Many users were left emotional by the father’s heartfelt words. One user wrote, "Being the most important man in her life now, that’s your privilege now, oh I’m a mess." "The world would be a better place if all girls had a dad like that," a second user added. "Everyone is crying. You’re crying, dad is crying, the bride and groom are crying, and the guests are crying. So sweet," a third user added.
