Keeping in mind the global reputation and name that the luxury brand Lamborghini has, it seemed almost impossible for the brand’s customers to face issues or ‘ignorance’ from the company’s end. However, it seems that is exactly what happened when Gautam Singhania, Raymond Group chairperson and managing director, began to face issues with his newly bought Lamborghini Revuelto. Taking to his LinkedIn handle, Singhania slammed the heads of Lamborghini India and Asia, as the company reportedly failed to respond to his multiple complaints. As per reports, Singhania’s Lamborghini Revuelto ended up getting stranded in the middle of a road during a test drive in Mumbai on October 03.

As per Singhania's LinkedIn post, the brand hadn't reached out to him despite his complaints. As soon as the post went public, it began to circulate online and pulled reactions.

The post was shared on LinkedIn, on the MD’s official handle. The post read, “I'm shocked at the arrogance of India Head Sharad Agarwal and Asia Head Francesco Scardaoni. Not one has reached out to even check what the customer issues are.” The post was shared two days ago and pulled countless reactions.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “It's common nowadays, but the management has to check on these types of employees. They can be a damager to the company's goodwill and business too,” a user said. “It’s disheartening to see such behaviour from a luxury brand that should prioritise its customers, especially when India stands as a vital, growing market. India’s luxury car market is one of the few bright spots globally, and brands should consider this a prime opportunity to connect with their customers on a more respectful and personalised level,” added another.

“Gautam Singhania you should park your faulty car at the showroom entrance with a line mentioning the car as a piece of junk,” added another. “Can't expect this unethical behaviour from such brands if they are not caring for customers certainly they will lose their business in coming years,” commented another.
