Gen Z Boss And A Mini Trend: If social media has taught netizens something so far, it's that nothing is seemingly more uniting than people collectively hating on something on the internet. And if apart from being completely meaningless and ‘nonsensical’, the very ‘something’ is ‘cringe’ as well, the hate will only magnify with time. Turning into the latest example of the same, the ‘Gen Z boss and a mini’ video, which was recently shared on social media platform TikTok, has become one of the most hated videos of the year. It seems like the internet is not happy with how ‘cringe’ the meme was.

What is the Gen Z Boss And A Mini trend?

The trend is basically more of a video, where some women employees were seen standing in a circle, as they described their characteristics. The description was rather vague and sounded more like a chant, resembling a ‘coven’, as per some. The name itself, ‘Gen Z Boss And A Mini’, was basically one of the girls describing her character traits- a Generation Z boss with a mini skirt. The chant went on with other ‘characteristics’ like ‘Itty Bitty T*tties and a Bob’, ‘5’3 and attitude’ and more.

However, what made the internet hate the clip was the fact that the girls were in their office as they recorded the clip. One can only imagine the reactions it began to receive from netizens, as they started commenting on ‘work ethics’, and ultimately crowed the clip as ‘cringy’. Many also attacked Gen Z and mocked them for making fun of Millennials in the past.

As soon as the meme went viral, people began to react. Taking to the comment section, people shared their take.
