Karwa Chauth 2024: If only India was a country full of ‘normal’ people, insane content like this video going viral, would have never seen the light of the day- or the dark of the night for that matter of fact. BUT- since desi mindset is of a different ‘breed’ altogether, Indians never miss a chance to come up with the most bizarre of things on the internet. The above-mentioned video is the very example of the same, as it showed a couple celebrating the much-hailed festival of Karwa Chauth in one of the most unique ways. You might find it hard to believe but the clip showed the woman standing on her husband’s thighs while breaking her fast. With her one leg on the man’s thighs, her other leg was behind the man’s neck.
One can only imagine how viral the chaotic video got the minute it was shared on social media. The festival, on the other hand, will be celebrated on October 20. Karwa Chauth is celebrated annually, where married women keep fast for their husband’s longer and healthier life. Coming back to the video, some were offended by the stunt while others found the clip funny.
The video was shared on Instagram, by the handle ‘_adultgram_’. The post was captioned, “This or nothing.” The video was shared today and pulled more than 41K likes from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Born for stunt..... Force to housewife,” a user said. “These people are doing nothing but making fun of our holy customs,” added a second person. “Rohit Shetty this side. You both are successfully selected for Khatron Ke Khiladi,” added a third person.
“Please call the police,” added another. “What exactly is even happening? Why are people doing all this? All for internet clout?” writes another. “Since when did all this become so normal? People doing anything in the name of reels. This is about a festival that is hailed by Hindus,” commented a sixth person.
