Viral Video: This Independence Day, it’s not just humans showing their love for the nation; a dog is stealing the show, too. Meet Dali, the Labrador who is melting hearts online by painting the Indian flag all by herself. With a paintbrush in her mouth and excitement in her eyes, she creates a tricolour masterpiece that has the internet in awe. Dali isn’t just any dog; she’s known as 'India’s first painter dog' and has been a social media favourite for a while. Her latest video, shared on Instagram by @im.labrador.dali, comes with the caption: “As August 15 approaches, Dali is prepping for the 79th Independence Day of India. Jai Hind.” The clip also carries the text: “First Indian dog to paint our beloved Indian flag.”

The story of Dali is as inspiring as her art. Once abandoned, she was adopted by a loving couple and now paints for a purpose. In the viral video, she can be seen happily working on a white sheet, carefully painting the tricolour while wagging her tail.
