Man Eats Dog Food Viral Video: Walk into a gym today and you’ll see everything, from serious workouts to shocking shortcuts. One such moment has now grabbed the internet’s attention and left many people confused and concerned. A video going viral on X shows a young Indian man doing leg-press exercises in a gym. What stunned viewers was not the weight he was lifting, but what he did in between his sets. After finishing one round, the man paused, reached for a packet kept near the machine, and took a bite of what appeared to be Pedigree dog food before continuing his workout.
The clip quickly sparked debates around fitness myths and dangerous misinformation. The video was shared by Dr CZ on X, who seemed both surprised and worried by what he saw.

Along with the clip, he wrote, "What’s really happening at the gyms lately? Take a closer look at the supplements people are using and the results they’re chasing. His words reflected a growing concern about how far some youngsters are willing to go to achieve quick body results.
The idea of getting protein from dog food left many users angry and alarmed. People online pointed out that normal veg and non-veg food is more than enough for protein needs. Experts also warn that dog food is made for animals, not humans. It does not meet human nutritional needs and may contain bacteria that can cause serious health issues.
"Please tell me this is fake. Omg. Howww that shit smells so bad. I don’t even want to imagine what it tastes like," a user wrote. "The reality is that barely any of these people know why or what they’re taking. They saw it on Instagram or heard of someone else doing it. They have no idea at all," a second user wrote.
