Delhi Viral Video: A shocking glimpse of post-Diwali mess in Delhi is making people angry online. A viral video from Punjabi Bagh Ring Road shows heaps of garbage dumped in front of a Shiva statue just a day after the festival. Flowers, plastic wrappers and leftover puja items are scattered across the street, revealing the messy side of celebrations.

The video, shared by Instagram user The Angry Indian, doesn’t just show the garbage; it calls out the careless mindset behind it. The person filming questions "why people treat public spaces as if someone else will always clean up." He points out that the real problem isn’t just smog or loud firecrackers, but the attitude that excuses such behaviour.

He sharply asks, “This problem with India is that we take everything for granted. We feel that if it’s our festival to celebrate, we can do anything just because koi na koi saaf karne wala agle din aayega. Do you think this is justified for our pleasure, just for our faith?”

The video has struck a chord with viewers and gone viral, with many criticising the lack of responsibility shown during festivals. What should be a moment of joy has turned into a lesson on respecting public spaces and thinking about the environment.

"Good job, brother! We need to shine light upon this issue. We clean our homes to invite Lakshmi but what about our neighborhood? I'm sure Lakshmi Maa sees that as well ... dont you think?" a user wrote. "I’m genuinely shocked to see the comment section. It’s sad how many people in India still lack basic civic sense and concern for cleanliness. We can’t move forward as a nation until we start taking responsibility for our surroundings," a second user wrote.

"Lack of civic sense, empathy, and dignity of labor," wrote a third user. "I'm in Varanasi and it was shocking when I was sitting by the Ganga, and a dead, bloated cow was floating down the river where people were bathing in the river. I was speechless," added a fourth user.
