Viral Video: A heart-stopping video is taking the internet by storm and it's not for the faint-hearted. In the short clip, a man is seen holding a huge King Cobra with his bare hands, staying completely calm as the giant snake wriggles in his grip. The video was shared by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Praveen Kaswan, who often posts jaw-dropping wildlife moments. This time, it’s the size and danger of the cobra that has left people stunned.

Calling attention to the snake’s impressive length, Kaswan captioned the clip: “If you ever wondered about the real size of the King cobra. Do you know where it is found in India? And what to do when you see one!!”

Social media users couldn’t believe their eyes. Some praised the man's bravery, while others were simply shocked by the fearless move. One thing’s for sure: this is one video that people won’t forget anytime soon.

The video shared on X (Formerly Twitter) two days ago received 105k views from social media users. "I have seen one in the Western Ghats. The best thing to do is to be slow and put distance between you and Cobra," a user wrote. "Some of our ancestors (of our village) confirmed that a king cobra of 25 to 30 feet (length of a large bullock cart)found in Tikarapada or Satakosia Gorge Sanctuary forest (30 yrs back).. the fall meeting point of the Deccan peninsula and the eastern ghats. Unfortunately, not seen now," a second user added.

"Across the Western Ghats, Agumbe is often referred to as the abode of these Magnificent giants. Personally, I have seen them in forests of Dandeli, the most humbling childhood memories," a third user wrote. "Seen once. I was with a snake charmer. It was about 17 feet. And I wish I had never seen one again in the wild. Just the size of them is enough to give creeps," added another user.
