A funny twist hit a serious hiring process when Paras Chopra, founder of a Bengaluru-based AI lab, received a job application that was anything but normal. Instead of giving regular answers, one applicant decided to completely flip the form into a joke and surprisingly, it worked, because it left the founder laughing. Right from the first question, the applicant made it clear that he wasn’t taking anything seriously. When asked for his name, he simply wrote, 'confidential hai,' refusing to reveal even basic details.

Things got even wilder when the form asked why he should be hired. His response: “Why should you not? Give me one reason… can’t think of anything?? Huh?? Why ask such stupid questions?” The form then asked whether he lived in Bengaluru, since the job required on-site work. Instead of answering, he shot back with, “Itna personal kyun ho rahe ho aap?” leaving recruiters confused and amused.

Requests for social media links or portfolio samples were also dodged with random, unhelpful replies. But towards the end, the tone suddenly changed. The candidate apologised and explained why he did it: “Just wanted to sincerely apologize for this… but I would like them to know that life is short... it's okay to go crazy sometimes. Take a chill pill, my bros! Peace,” he wrote.
