Viral Post: Remember when internships meant gaining real experience, learning from mentors, and maybe even getting enough money to grab a few coffees? Well, times have truly changed. In 2025, the hustle culture has reached a whole new level, now internships don’t just offer low pay, they’re almost free labour. A Mumbai-based company called Falcon Labs has stunned everyone by offering a backend developer internship with a monthly stipend of just Rs 10. Yes, you read that right, ten rupees for an entire month of work.

Even more surprising? The position demands a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science and comes with no fixed working hours. The list of required skills includes backend development, architecture, AI, DevOps, machine learning, JavaScript, MongoDB, and even management. Despite the jaw-dropping low pay, over 1,900 people have reportedly applied for the role, proving just how competitive the tech job market has become.

One user on X (formerly Twitter), Aditya Jha, shared a screenshot of the listing with the caption: “Internship opportunity”, and the internet hasn’t stopped talking since. Some joked that the Rs 10 stipend might at least cover one plate of momos, while others couldn’t believe people are lining up for such roles.
