The excitement of waiting for one’s online ordered food is a very real thing that people all across the globe feel. A Mumbai girl was also in for something similar as she allegedly ordered some mouthwatering burgers for herself from the popular food joint Burger King. However, her excitement turned into a nightmare after she found a dead insect inside the burger. Taking to social media, the girl vented out about the horror she faced, as she questioned the brand’s hygiene. She then demanded an apology, dubbing the insect a health hazard.

A video of the girl complaining about the same was shared on social media, which went viral and drew a major reaction from people. The exact date of the incident could not be confirmed.

The post was shared on Instagram, by the handle ‘Chika talks’. The post was captioned, “Found a dead insect in my Burger King order today, @burgerkingindia this is not acceptable if big brands like Burger King can’t take care of their hygiene then I don’t know what to rely on anymore.”

“This store was located in Mumbai and my double-party veggie burger had a dead insect inside it. This raises safety issues for all of us and also our reliability on huge brands which cannot take care of their franchises, I demand an apology for the risk to my health and safety, I had consumed half the burger,” she further added.

The video went viral. Most people suggested she file a lawsuit, while the rest called such incidents common and dubbed the same sad. Many also shared a few jokes on the same. The post was shared four days ago and pulled more than 4K likes from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “You can sue them or file a lawsuit and ask for a good amount of fine. This is simply unacceptable,” a user added. “There is also a dead chicken,” joked another. “Extra protein + extra crunch. idk what ur Complaining abt,” added another. “Seeing thousands of such videos still ordering. It’s your fault tbh have common sense,” added another.

“I had a live cockroach inside my Burger King burger. Out of 6 burgers with fries combo, they missed 1 burger I had ordered through Zomato. It was a long process. They only refunded and didn't care about that cockroach complaint. I had emailed them the video and photos as well happened in the Gurgaon outlet,” recalled the next.
