Greater Noida Viral Video: Dogs are considered a human’s best friend for a reason. These fur balls are usually one of the best creatures to be around. However, one can also not deny the fact that dog and human conflicts have increased far too much in the last couple of years. Social media is full of instances where either a dog attacked a human for hardly a reason or a human lost their humanity and brutally harmed an innocent dog for questionable reasons. All in all, despite the greater love the world has for dogs, the issue of ‘dogs vs humans’ has become alarmingly common. Displaying the same conflict, an incident from Uttar Pradesh was recently shared on social media, where a Greater Noida society security guard and a resident were seen opposing a man for walking his dogs without a muzzle.

The Noida video mostly showed the residents and the security guard arguing, whereas the pet dogs were simply seen walking by the side of their owner. As soon as the video went viral, most people sided with the dog owner as they believed that the pets were hardly creating any issues. Many also blamed the men for creating ‘dog phobia’.

As the clip went viral, the UP Police also responded to the clip and clarified that the matter was later solved between both parties. The police also clarified that none of the parties attacked each other as claimed in the clip, calling the ‘beating’ accusation ‘false’. However, the pet owner did agree to not walk his pets in the society’s basement, as per the police’s statement. The incident took place on September 18.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘siddharth2596’. The video was shared yesterday and pulled more than 5K views from people.

“Today on 18.9.2024, in Gaur City's 14th Avenue Society, the pet dog was being walked by its owner in the basement of the society, which was opposed by the society guard and the society resident. There was an altercation between the two sides regarding this matter. Both parties were pacified by explaining. The dog owner promised not to take the dog to the basement of the society again, on which both the parties have reconciled. The incident of leaving the dogs on the guard and beating anyone is false,” read a response by the UP Police.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “What's wrong if he is taking his pets for a walk? Why do people use dog issues only to get visibility? It would be better if influencers used their ID to raise bigger issues like Road quality, environment, Traffic chaos, Rash driving, etc. Be useful to society,” a user said.

“Is there anything left except dogs or has everyone developed dog phobia?” added another. “It's not necessary it's every time pet owners mistake sumtym guards and security used to do nonsense. There are no kids or old people It's not about strays these people hate dogs,” added another person.
