Viral Video: It might be one of the fastest modes of transportation, but travelling through flights and aircraft surely has its fair share of risks. In an incident that reminded people of something similar, an otherwise regular flight from Spain to Uruguay turned into a nightmare for the 325 passengers in it. The flight, Air Europa Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, reportedly hit some severe turbulence over the Atlantic Ocean, while it was on its way to Montevideo on June 01. The turbulence was hard enough to leave passengers panicking as the aircraft received some visible damage.

A video of the same was shared online, which further left the internet horror-struck, as one of the passengers got stuck in the overhead bin due to the turbulence. The aircraft, Flight UX045, then reportedly did an emergency landing in Brazil’s Natal. Whereas, 30 passengers were reportedly left injured after the incident.

The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘AggregateOsint’. The post was captioned, “Air Europa Flight Hit by Severe Turbulence, Injuring at Least 30.”
