Viral Video: People are going crazy over Apple’s latest iPhone 17 series, which has just hit the market with four brand-new models packed with advanced features. While loyal fans are busy pre-booking and waiting for deliveries, some impatient buyers are already finding shortcuts to get their hands on what looks like the newest iPhone. A viral video on X has caught everyone’s attention, showing a local phone vendor pulling off a clever trick. In the clip, he takes an old iPhone 12 and, within minutes, transforms it into what looks like the iPhone 17 Pro Max. How? By giving the phone a makeover on the outside.

He covers it with a fresh orange-coloured body, one of the official new shades in the iPhone 17 lineup and even fits a new camera and flashlight frame that resembles the real design of the series.

This smart hack has left the internet buzzing, with the video already crossing over 13 million views. While some viewers are amused by the creativity, others are calling it out as a funny but pointless gimmick.

The post shared by '@AsakyGRN' received many comments from users. "Vendors can’t really turn an iPhone 12 into an iPhone 17 Pro Max — they only change its body or software to make it look like the newer model, but inside it’s still an iPhone 12," a user wrote. "I think this is just for content. When they snap, will the flashlight drift to the new point? It's smart but not all that wise," a second user wrote.

"Different type of material it’s made out of as well, plus new iPhones are eSIMs only, so there’s a dozen features you would notice," wrote a third user. "Both the flashlight and the sensor apertures are covered by the dummy housing. This is dumb*** sh*t," added a fourth user.
