Viral Video: The thing about fashion is that ‘creativity’ for one, might be a ‘disaster’ for the other. In fact, the whole fashion industry pretty much works that way; if one brand is all about edginess and boldness, then the other might go for elegance and class. And based on that same ‘variety’, the market never goes out of options and always has something for everyone. However, no matter what anyone says, there are a few ‘designs’ that are simply a ‘disaster’ for everyone. Reminding the internet of a similar scenario, a video of a peculiar boot design is going viral. The said pair of boots is a Rat-Caged Boot, that was seen at the New York Fashion Week.

The boot looks exactly as it sounds. With a cage instead of a sole, the said pair of boots had faux rats inside it. The footwear was reportedly worn by model and stylist Jenny Assaf, during the show. The video of the boots soon went viral on the internet and left people confused and somewhat ‘speechless’.

The video was shared on the social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘Janette Ok’. The post was captioned, “If #ratatouille had a fashionable plot twist.”

The video is going viral all around the internet. Most people chastised the shoes and called the fashion idea ‘scary’, while the rest commented on the use of fake rats and dubbed it ‘ridiculous’. Some also called it ‘animal cruelty promotion’. The video was shared four days ago and pulled 2M likes from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “They’re not alive…right…please say no,” a user said. “Shit goes hard idk why ppl hate,” said a second person. “These remind me of shoes I saw long ago (I'm 76!) and instead of cages, they had fish bowls with goldfish in them,” said a second person. “Playboi carti definitely has these in his closet,” commented a third user.

“What I thought animal testing was like,” added a fourth user. “She just stoled the urfi's shoes I guess,” said a fifth netizen. “Even if they are not real why promote such a thing like that i can’t understand how brainless some humans can be,” said the sixth person.
