Russian Woman Viral Video: A Russian woman in Bengaluru recently grabbed attention online after revealing she pays her house help a whopping Rs 45,000 per month. But Yulia Aslamova didn’t stop there; she explained the thoughtful reasoning behind her salary and shared how she builds long-term relationships with her staff. In an Instagram post, Yulia described her pride in the fact that “there hasn’t been a single person who resigned from me until I let them go. (Btw, maybe my scale is too small lol).”

"What is my life belief and approach? I push people for growth and I have built relationships for years. When hiring a nanny for Elina, I did at least 20 interviews and made a proper checklist of important qualities to look for in a candidate," she wrote.

She shared how she encourages her house help to grow professionally, detailing how she interacts with them year after year to strengthen trust and loyalty. According to Yulia, most household staff in India aren’t treated like professionals. She wrote, “Typically, household help are not treated professionally in India. Most people say, ‘they just run away.’ I disagree: think of other people’s jobs the same way you think of your own, regardless of designation.”
