The film has already collected Rs 266 crore, becoming one of the top hits of the year. But in the middle of all the emotion, one viewer did something that grabbed everyone’s attention online.

A now-viral video shows a man sitting in the front row of a theatre, not watching the movie, but glued to a live India vs England Test match on his phone. This happened during the film’s emotional high point, when most of the audience had tears in their eyes. Someone in the crowd recorded the moment and posted it with the caption, “Men’s and their priorities. A random person prefers watching India vs England over overhyped Saiyaara.”

The video quickly spread across social media, and people couldn’t stop laughing. Many even praised the man’s focus and called him a “legend” and “man of culture.” Meanwhile, Saiyaara continues to touch hearts. Fans are loving the chemistry between the lead actors and the film’s emotional storyline. In a recent interview, director Mohit Suri shared that many people on the film team didn’t believe the story would work, but the audience has proved them wrong.
