Viral Video: Mostly, cats and water do not sit well. In fact, in a majority of cases, it has been quite evident that if cats were to be 'North', then ‘water’ for these felines would have been 'NO direction' at all. And the same goes for snow. However, the case was a bit different for this particular kitten, whose curiosity took everything over and, and in return, turned into one of the most loved videos on social media. Basically, the said kitten went viral over its attempts to ‘catch’ snow during a light snowfall. The video full of little and adorable jumps was shared online, which was quick to win the netizens over.
The video was shared on the social media site X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘buitengebieden’. The post was captioned, “Kitty experiencing snow for the first time.”

The video is widely doing rounds on social media for a number of cute reasons. Most people loved the kitten having fun in the snow, while others found it adorable as the cat seemed intrigued by the falling ‘cotton balls’. Many dubbed it a scene straight out of a Disney movie, and some recalled similar instances where their furry friends couldn't stop themselves from playing out in the snow.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Cats love the snow!” a user said. “The cat's first time seeing snow,” added another person. “My kitty loves snow too,” shared a third netizen. “How cute and adorable,” added a fourth person. “That is why I love cats and am a happy cat person. They are just cute for anything. Also, I love dogs too,” said a fifth netizen. “You'll have to clean up those wet paw prints later!” said another.
“I thought only dogs loved snow. Isn't it adorable to watch?” asked a sixth person. “A snow leopard. My kitty goes full clinical depression when it snows,” added a seventh. “The adorable kitty looks thrilled as it experiences snow for the very first time!” said another.
