Viral Video: Most of the time, an animal does not harm a human until it feels threatened. The theory, of course, is different when it comes to certain animals that attack for food or fun, but mostly, the former belief is more common. However, it's also common to see the same ‘belief’ go for a long toss when it comes to the mischievous one; the monkeys. Over the course of years, these furry ones have turned into a ‘menace’ to society (in an adorable way), who might attack just for fun or to pass their time.
Proving the same, a certain monkey tried to attack a tourist, but only to fail miserably. The tourist instead continued to pose with the said monkey for the cameras. A video of the same was shared on social media, which went viral in no time.
However, what made the video viral was what happened after the monkey felt ‘defeated’. The furry one went ahead and became sad, which was quite evident from its expressions and actions. Resting its head on a pillar, the little one somehow stole several hearts, as the internet found the gesture adorable and funny at the same time.
The video was shared on the social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘Straw Datulayta’. The post was captioned, “Strange, but I found myself thinking that was me!”. The video read, “So you are not afraid?”

The video went viral and left people intrigued and melted at the same time. Most people dubbed the monkey’s actions ‘adorable’, while others found it hilarious and cracked jokes on the same. The post was shared seven days ago and pulled a whopping 1M likes from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Disappointed after losing Dignity,” a user said. “Attack 100% damage 0%,” said the next. “Dude wtf you made him sad. ACT SCARED OK? NOW,” commented another. “There are 2 different people in the video, look again,” said another. “The fact he was sad and disappointed the man wasn't afraid is hilarious,” added a fifth.
“He wasn't disappointed for failing to scare him. HE WAS ASHAMED OF JUDGING A TRUSTWORTHY PERSON AT FIRST!” added a sixth user. “The disappointment in his face,” said a seventh. “Hence proven animals don't attack unless they feel fear,” joined another netizen.
