The fashion industry, over the last few decades, has seen a drastic change in the type of clothing people go for. From skirts that changed to mini to baggy jeans that saw a whole lot of changes, including being skinny, ripped, and whatnot, fashion and its trends have seen endless changes that are even often confusing for many. And the ‘not understanding fashion’ part is not as important until the garment is looking good. But the case with a bizarre belt was the exact opposite of what we just talked about, and for that reason alone, it has gone viral. 

The belt is going viral on social media, but not for the reasons you might have in mind. Not only is the belt, which is just a denim part of a jean’s waist, ‘confusing’ to look at, but its price is also nowhere near the 'justifying' mark. A video of the belt was shared online, where the person recording the clip showed the price tag, which read- Rs 1,699. As soon as the clip was shared, people flooded the viral post’s comment box with all kinds of reactions. The post was shared on the social media site X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘desimojito’. The post was captioned, “Why.”

The video went viral as soon as it was shared on the internet. Most people made fun of the peculiar belt and raised questions about its functioning and price while cracking hilarious jokes on the clip. The video was shared yesterday and has been viewed 428K times by netizens.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their views. “Does anyone wear this?!?” a user asked. “I am just wondering phone Kahan rakhenge,” commented a second person. “It's too large for some I guess,” joked another. “Cut karne ke bhi alag se charge jeans ke price mein add kar diya (They added extra change for this cutting),” commented a fourth. “What the hell is this?” asked a fifth. “So that 85% off diya ja sake,” said a next. “Will someone really wear this,” wrote a sixth person. “How cute, they gave you even a coin pocket too, some cry babies will never understand phasion,” mocked a seventh user.
