Pakistani Viral Video: Misusing one’s privilege to harass others is one of the biggest issues and also a major challenge that many countries face. In fact, social media is full of bullying cases where the accused committed some of the gravest crimes, just because they were privileged enough to get away unpunished. Exemplifying something similar, a video came forward allegedly from Pakistan, where two girls were seen beating up a shopkeeper. However, the authenticity of the matter could not be verified. Based on the clip going viral, it appeared that the violence was triggered after an argument.

According to the post on the same, the girls had a relative who was a lawyer, which allegedly played a role in their lack of fear of the law. The incident was captured on the CCTV camera that was installed in the shop.

The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Ghar ke kalesh’. The post was captioned, “Kalesh in Pakistani shop b/w a Woman and Shopkeeper.”

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Pakistan is not for beginners,” a user said. “Anyway, not much can be expected from Pakistan. The way the poor boy, who has done nothing, is being beaten in this manner is very wrong,” added a second person. “At 1.16 he tried to beat her and then the rest of the beating happened,” pointed out another.

“Pakistan mein CCTV camera v hain (Pakistan has CCTV cameras),” added another. “And that would be the last time anyone has heard from that 4 aunties, poor guy,” wrote next. “So Pakistan is just an extension of North India,” joked another. “This sense of privilege and self-entitlement in people spoils way too many things. They think they can do whatever and get away with it is not how it should be allowed by law,” wrote the next.
