Netizens were quick to voice their thoughts some were shocked by the woman’s aggressive behaviour, while others questioned the deeper issue of double standards in relationships.

One user expressed disbelief, writing, “What even?! Who gave her the right to publicly shame him?” Another echoed the sentiment with a quote from comedian Chris Rock: “Only women, children & dogs are loved unconditionally.” A third user wrote, “I think the Indian legal system allows husbands to claim alimony in such cases.
