United States President Donald Trump on Monday made a bug statement on Iran as the Tuesday deadline looms near. During a press conference at the White House, the US Presidents said that entire Iran could be wiped out in a single night and that could be as early as tomorrow.

"Entire country can be taken in one night tomorrow," Trump said. The US President also lauded the US Seal Team Six’s operation to rescue the missing F-15E airman, saying that it involved 155 aircraft.

He added that the US security personnel faced gunfire at a very close range during the rescue, highlighting the peculiar and sensitive nature of the operation.

He also threatened to jail the person who first broke the news that the airman was being searched, citing national security.

Addressing the press briefing, US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth told the briefing that the largest volume of strikes since day one of the operation against Iran would take place on Monday and warned Tuesday would have even more.

The US President’s latest remarks came after he said he was very upset over Iran’s rejection of the US ceasefire plan. Speaking to reporters outside the White House, he said Iran will have to pay a "very big price" and that he would not extend the deadline further again.

When asked, "Are you prepared to move the deadline back again?" Trump replied, "Highly unlikely. They've had plenty of time."

Earlier on Sunday, he launched a scathing attack on Iran, in an expletive-laden statement. He warned Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz or else he would make the country a "living hell" by Tuesaday.

In a post on Truth Social, the US President had said, "Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin' Strait, you crazy bastards, or you'll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah,"

A couple of hours later, he reacted to his post and wrote specific time for his deadline to end. "Tuesday, 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time!"
