Several people have lost their lives in the ongoing Israel-Hamas War. The number of innocent people killed in the war is increasing. Amid the ongoing conflict, a gruesome picture of war has emerged from Gaza. A 10-year-old girl named Tala Abu Ajwa has died in a bomb blast (Roller Skating Gaza Girl Death). She was playing outside wearing skates, when she lost her life in a bomb blast.

Tala Abu Ajwa's father revealed that on the day when she lost her life, she insisted on going out and playing with me. She wanted to play with the girls in the neighbourhood. I was afraid of danger but I took pity on her and sent her out to play.

"After a while, a thumping sound was heard. When I reached outside, my daughter was lying in the debris. I recognised her by her roller skates. This was the only thing that was visible in the debris," he was quoted as saying by AFP.

Many photos and videos of Tala Abu Ajwa are going viral on social media, in which she is seen skating.

Speaking about her daughter, Tala Abu Ajwa's mother said, "She was a happy girl and always loved to go out of the house. She had a lot of dreams. She was always asking me for a lot of things and I would fulfill her every need. She said to me, 'I want a pair of skates', so I brought skates for her."

Several people online have expressed grief on the death of Tala Abu Ajwa.

Meanwhile, as the war that began on October 8 continues, the death toll in Palestine has reached close to 40 thousand. The United Nations estimated in February this year that about 17,000 children in Gaza are now orphans. Since then, this number has been increasing continuously.

Meanwhile, in the latest update on the case, US Secretary of the State Antony Blinken said on Thursday it was incumbent on both Israel and Palestinian Islamist group Hamas to say yes on remaining issues to reach a Gaza ceasefire deal, which has faced obstacles in negotiations across months.

"Based on what I have seen, 90 per cent is agreed but there are a few critical issues that remain," including the so-called Philadelphi corridor on the southern edge of the Gaza Strip bordering Egypt, Blinken said at a press briefing in Haiti. He said there were also some gaps in the agreement in how Israeli hostages and Palestinian prisoners are exchanged.

"I expect in the coming days, we will share with Israel, and they (Qatar and Egypt) will share with Hamas our thoughts, the three of us, on exactly how to resolve remaining outstanding questions," Blinken said, referring to the US and mediators Qatar and Egypt.
