Parapsychologist Athos Salome, often dubbed the “Living Nostradamus” for his previous claims of predicting the coronavirus pandemic and Queen Elizabeth II’s death, has issued another unsettling prophecy. This time, he warned of potential upheavals in the US military following a high-profile meeting of top generals and admirals.

Salome spoke to the Daily Mail US about the assembly led by US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth at the Quantico base in Virginia. Around 800 of America’s highest-ranking officers attended, including both domestic and international military leaders. Salome described the gathering as “a rehearsal for a reconfiguration of power” and suggested that decisions made during the meeting could have global repercussions.

Predicted “Mass Purge” 

“What looks like a simple meeting may actually be a rehearsal for a new silent war,” Salome said. He claimed that the next three months will reveal whether the Pentagon is undergoing an administrative reshuffle or preparing for broader geopolitical shifts. “Those who resist may fall,” he warned, predicting a “mass purge” within the military hierarchy involving forced retirements, silent dismissals, and strategic replacements.

The meeting reportedly emphasised a return to stricter physical standards for combat roles, with Hegseth denouncing “absolutely unacceptable … fat generals” and criticising diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Salome interpreted these announcements as part of a broader strategy to consolidate a disciplined military elite, while restricting transparency within the Pentagon.

Trump Presence Signals Show Of Power

Hegseth reportedly told attendees, “No more DEI, dudes in dresses, or gender delusion … prepare for war.” The Secretary of War emphasised that military training would become “scary, tough, and disciplined,” noting that physical standards would be gender-neutral but uncompromising. “If women can make it, excellent; if they cannot, then so be it … it will also mean that weak men won't qualify. This is combat,” Hegseth stated.

Salome also suggested that President Donald Trump’s presence at the event symbolised a show of “absolute power over the Pentagon,” calling it “the first public rehearsal of collective submission by the military elite.”

Shift Toward “Continental Fortress” Strategy

He warned that the meeting could trigger new alliances, command mergers, and a revised National Defence Strategy, signalling a shift toward a “continental fortress” approach focused on domestic and Western Hemisphere defence rather than global military interventions.
