Earthquake of Magnitude 5.0 Hits China's Xinjiang Near Ladakh Border; Tremors Felt In Kashmir Valley

China Earthquake Today: A magnitude 5.0 earthquake struck China's Xinjiang region near the Ladakh border late on Thursday night, with mild tremors felt across parts of the Kashmir Valley.

The quake hit at around 10:26 PM on November 5. Residents in several parts of Kashmir stepped out of their homes into open ground as a precaution.
