2025 Tata Sierra: Crashed

The brand crashed two Tata Sierra units into each other to replicate a real-world crash scenario. The crash test revealed the safety credentials of the SUV. It is worth mentioning that the crash test done by Tata is a first of its kind for any Indian car manufacturer. The passenger cabin of the 2025 Tata Sierra remained undamaged during the crash, and the doors were able to open post-crash. The 2025 Sierra also proved to be safe from post-crash fire as the fuel system of the SUV remained sealed during the crash. The structure also remained undamaged, and the belts were secured and were able to release to let the occupants out.

2025 Tata Sierra: Safety Features

The 2025 Tata Sierra features a Level 2 ADAS suite, which offers a total of 22 features, including adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. It also gets a 360-degree Surround View System with 4Sight blind spot, which automatically activates live front and rear camera views during overtaking or turning. Additionally, he 2025 Sierra also features Night Saber Bi-LED Booster Headlamp setup, which extends the throw on higher speeds. Other notable safety features include the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with 20 features, 6 airbags, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, a Perimetric alarm system, SOS, and a Rear Occupant Sensor.
