Royal Enfield Sales September 2025: Royal Enfield, the Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer, recorded its monthly sales of 1,24,328 motorcycles in September 2025, marking the best-ever in the brand's 124-year chequered history. This represents a 43 per cent YoY increase over the same period last year (September 2024: 86,978 units). In the domestic market, Royal Enfield witnessed sales reach 1,13,573 units, marking 43 per cent growth YoY from 79,325 units. Exports, on the other hand, surged 41 per cent to 10,755 units, compared to 7,653 motorcycles sold in September 2024.
Royal Enfield Year-to-Date Sales
Royal Enfield's year-to-date performance for the April-September 2025 period highlights total sales of 5,91,903 motorcycles, up 30 per cent from 4,54,780 motorcycles in the same period of FY2024-25. Domestic sales for the period reached 5,21,482 units, reflecting 27 per cent growth over 4,10,843 units sold in the same period last year, while exports totalled 70,421 units, a 60 per cent increase from the previous year.

Royal Enfield's Segment-wise Sales: 350cc Portfolio Remains Strong
Royal Enfield's ≥ 350cc model line-up, including the Hunter 350, Meteor 350, Classic 350, and the Bullet 350, put up a strong performance. The 350cc line-up clocked 1,07,478 units last month, a 43 per cent jump from 75,331 units in September 2024. In the first six months of FY2025-26, the segment reported sales of 5,09,610 motorcycles, a 32 per cent increase from 3,87,191 units in the same period last year.
The 350cc+ segment, on the other hand, registered a 45 per cent YoY increase to 16,850 units from 11,647 units. In terms of year-to-date sales, the brand delivered 82,293 units, a 22 per cent increase over 67,588 units in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.

Royal Enfield Sales Performance: What Factors Drove the Demand?
The rise in sales is supplemented by the introduction of GST 2.0, combined with the ongoing festive season, bringing the best-ever monthly sales volume. 'It has been an incredible start to the festive season for us at Royal Enfield. We have registered our best-ever monthly sales volume and crossed 1,00,000+ retail volumes for the month,' said B Govindarajan, CEO of Royal Enfield and Managing Director of Eicher Motors.
'The upgraded Meteor 350 has received a promising response, and all our new and existing motorcycles continue to perform well. We are confident of sustaining this growth momentum and are looking forward to a great year ahead.'

Royal Enfield Product Upgrades, Strategies
In September 2025, the company also launched the updated Meteor 350 at Rs 1.96 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai). The new model gets LED headlamps and turn indicators, as well as a Tripper navigation pod, adjustable levers, and a USB charging port. Furthermore, the brand entered into a partnership with Flipkart to sell its 350cc models online in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Mumbai.
Moreover, the brand's September 21 event brought together over 40,000 riders across 1,500 rides in more than 60 countries under the 'Ride More. Ride Safe. Ride Together.' theme. With over 2,000 touchpoints currently, Royal Enfield is the oldest traditional motorcycle brand in India.
