Hero Vida VX2 Go On Road Price: Hero MotoCorp has lately introduced a larger battery variant of the Vida VX2 Go electric scooter for the Indian market – the Go 3.4kWh. Compared to the smaller Go 2.2kWh variant with a single battery setup, the larger battery version features dual removable batteries offering extended range. The new Vida VX2 Go 3.4kWh model rivals the TVS iQube 3.5kWh, which has already established a strong foothold in the rapidly growing electric two-wheeler space. We have pitted the new Vida model against the iQube 3.5kWh to see how they fare in terms of price, range, and charging capabilities:

Hero Vida VX2 Go 3.4kWh vs TVS iQube 3.5kWh: Price

Starting at Rs 84,800 (as per Vida's website), the newly launched Vida VX2 Go 3.4kWh is a relatively affordable model, whereas the iQube 3.5kWh is priced at Rs 1.15 lakh, Delhi. Both are on-road prices. However, under the BaaS (Battery-as-a-Service) model, the VX2 Go 3.4kWh starts at around Rs 60,000 with a pay-per-kilometre cost of Rs 0.90.

Hero Vida VX2 Go 3.4kWh vs TVS iQube 3.5kWh: Range

The dual removable battery setup of the Vida VX2 Go 3.4kWh claims an IDC range of 142km, while the real-world range is pegged at 100km. This is almost on par with the iQube 3.5kWh, which delivers an IDC-certified range of 145km. The iQube 3.5kWh is limited to 78km/h, whereas the top speed of the Vida VX2 Go 3.4kWh is rated at 70km/h. Both models offer two ride modes.

Hero Vida VX2 Go 3.4kWh vs TVS iQube 3.5kWh: Charging Time

With an AC charger, 0 to 80 per cent takes a claimed time of 4 hours and 15 minutes, while the fast charger can do the same in 62 minutes. On the other hand, the TVS iQube 3.5kWh's 0-80 per cent charging duration is 4 hours and 40 minutes, using an offboard charger.

Unlike the Vida VX2 Go 3.4kWh, the TVS iQube 3.5kWh gets a front disc brake, a TFT dash, and reverse/forward parking assist.
