The French automaker, Citroen has recently launched its SUV for the Indian market, the C3 Aircross. Citroen revealed the prices for all the variants of the C3 Aircross on Thursday, giving it an edge over other models in the compact SUV segment as the prices are lower than all of its competitors. The C3 Aircross competes with rivals like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, and Honda Elevate. Hyundai Creta is a leader in the compact SUV segment and is preferred by a lot of customers over other models. Hyundai Creta

Price - Hyundai Creta is available in seven variants and the prices for the Creta start from Rs 10.87 lakh and go up to Rs 19.20 lakh. 

Engine - The Hyundai Creta offers two engine choices: a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine (115 bhp/144 Nm) and a 1.5-litre diesel engine (116 bhp/250 Nm). These engines come mated to a standard 6-speed manual transmission. Automatic transmission options include a CVT for the petrol engine and a 6-speed automatic for the diesel.

Features - In terms of features, the Hyundai Creta comes equipped with a semi-digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car tech, a panoramic sunroof, wireless phone charging, an 8-way power-adjustable driver seat and ventilated front seats.

Citroen C3 Aircross

Price - Citroen C3 Aircross is available in three variants; You, Plus and Max and the prices for these variants range from Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 12.10 lakh. The C3 Aircross has an edge over the Creta in terms of pricing. 

Engine - The C3 Aircross is fitted with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that generates a power output of 110 bhp and 170 Nm of torque and this powertrain includes only a 6-speed manual transmission. 

Features - Talking about the features of the C3 Aircross, it includes a 10.2-inch infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity and a 7-inch digital driver’s display, steering-mounted audio controls, six-speaker sound system and manual AC.
