Mahindra Fast Charging Station: Mahindra has inaugurated two of the 250 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations that it plans to set up by the end of 2027. Dubbed Charge_IN, the EV charging stations feature dual ultra-fast chargers, offering what the brand claims is a faster, more convenient, and reliable charging experience to the owners of electric four-wheelers. The ultra-fast chargers, backed by speeds of up to 180kW, are capable of charging four EVs at the same time.
Mahindra Ultra-Fast Charging Stations: Location Details
The recently inaugurated ultra-fast charging stations, or Charge_IN, are strategically located in Hoskote on NH75, Bengaluru – Chennai highway, and Murthal on NH44, Delhi-Chandigarh highway, each positioned along major highway corridors and co-located with wayside amenities such as restaurants and cafes.

Mahindra's plan to establish 250 charging stations involves installing over 1,000 charging points over the next two years. This aligns with the government of India's broader strategy of strengthening EV charging infrastructure to accelerate EV adoption in India. With the charge point at the Charge_IN station, owners of born-electric vehicles, such as the XEV 9e, BE 6, and the upcoming XEV 9S, can charge their SUVs in 20 minutes from 20 to 80 per cent, according to Mahindra.
