MG Windsor EV Inspire Edition Launched In India, Limited To 300 Units

MG Windsor EV Inspire Edition: Tapping into the festive season fervour, MG Motor India has launched the limited edition version of the Windsor EV. The brand has named it the Inspire Edition, which gets styling and feature upgrades. Limited to just 300 samples, the Inspire Edition is offered in a fully-loaded Essence variant priced at Rs 16.65 lakh (without Battery-as-a-Service, ex-showroom). This figure falls to Rs 9.99 lakh plus Rs 3.9/km (ex-showroom), with Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS). Bookings for the limited-run Windsor Inspire Edition are now open, with deliveries scheduled to commence on October 15.

MG Windsor EV Inspire Edition: Range

Under the hood, the Inspire Edition gets a 38kWh battery pack with a 134bhp/200Nm front-wheel-drive motor. According to MG, the battery delivers a range of up to 331km on a single charge, and is capable of charging to 80 per cent in 40 minutes using a DC fast charger. 

MG Windsor EV Inspire Edition: Interior, Features

The cabin of the Inspire Edition is a minimalist affair, featuring a blacked-out dashboard, dual-tone Sangria Red and Black upholstery, gold accents, and an Inspire motif on headrests. The limited edition model also gets themed 3D mats, 'Inspire' cushions, rear window sunshades, and a premium leather key cover as part of a special accessory pack. Optional extras include wireless illuminated sill plates and a Skylight Infinity View glass roof.

MG Windsor EV Inspire Edition: Exterior 

Exterior upgrades include dual-tone Pearl White and Starry Black paint scheme, blacked-out alloy wheels, rose gold claddings, black finishes for outside rearview mirrors, and 'Inspire' badging.
