Nexon 2024 Safety Features: Tata Nexon facelift was launched in India on 14 September 2023 and has created a buzz in the compact SUV segment ever since. Tata Nexon and Nexon EV, both have gained significant popularity due to their contemporary looks, advanced features and reliable performance. Along with these qualities, the Tata Nexon facelift has also received a 5-star rating in the Global NCAP crash tests, adding another feather to its cap. Therefore, we will be discussing the safety features of Tata Nexon and Nexon EV facelift in detail, to provide you with a more extensive view of the same.

Tata Nexon Facelift - Safety Features
Talking about the standard safety features, the Tata Nexon facelift comes with a host of safety equipment. It gets six airbags which comprises dual front airbags, curtain and side airbags as standard. In standard features, it also gets Electronic Stability Program (ESP), ISOFIX anchorages, seat belt reminders for all occupants and reverse parking sensors.
In addition to the standard safety features, the higher variants of the Tata Nexon SUV come equipped with additional safety features to further enhance its safety standards. These extra safety features include a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), a blind spot-view monitor, front parking sensors and a rear-view camera and a 360-degree camera.

Tata Nexon Facelift - Global NCAP 5-Star Rating
Tata Nexon facelift has received one of the highest scores ever for adult and child occupant safety in Global NCAP's 'Safer Cars For India' campaign. Despite stricter regulations, the Nexon achieved a remarkable score of 32.22 points (out of a maximum of 34) for adult occupant protection (AOP) and 44.52 (out of 49) for child occupant protection (COP), earning it a 5-star rating.
