Land Rover, a prominent luxury car manufacturer based in the United Kingdom, has unveiled the facelift of the premium Range Rover Velar, which starts at Rs 93 lakh (ex-showroom). The vehicle receives a host of new features, visual upgrades, and a few add-ons. The car debuted with two new options, and bookings for the SUV are now open, with deliveries beginning in September.
Range Rover Velar Facelift 2023 Engine Options:
The all-new Range Rover Velar facelift gets a 2.0-litre petrol engine which is capable of churning out a maximum power of 250hp and a peak torque of 365Nm. It also gets a 2.0-litre diesel engine which is capable of churning out a maximum power of 204hp and a peak torque of 430 Nm. Both the engines come mated with an 8-speed automatic transmission with a top speed of 217 kmph. According to the company, the SUV can do 0 to 100 kmph in just 7.5 seconds.

Range Rover Velar Facelift Features:
Land Rover's cutting-edge Pivi Pro technology is used in the new 11.4-inch infotainment system for the Range Rover Velar. It also has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capabilities. The terrain reaction feature has also been added to the central console.
The car now has a sportier appearance with fewer buttons and is available without a secondary screen and HVAC control dials. To improve its appearance and usefulness, the business has included a wireless charger and a rotary drive selector.
The car also has air suspension, which incorporates the Elegant Arrival mode, which allows the SUV's height to be adjusted by 40mm during entry and leave.
Range Rover Velar Facelift Design:
The SUV now gets pixel LED highlights with redesigned daytime running lights. Range Rover also changed the front and rear bumper, while the overall profile almost remains the same.

Range Rover Velar Rivals:
The Velar facelift will compete with Porsche Macan (Rs 88.06 lakh) and the Jaguar F-Pace (Rs 77.41 lakh) on Indian roads.
