Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 vs Yezdi Adventure: Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 was finally launched for the India market last week at the Motoverse 2023. RE had unveiled the Himalayan 450 at the EICMA 2023 and the brand revealed the prices for the new adventure-tourer last week. Once the new Himalayan 450 is frequently visible on the road, it is set to compete with other models like the Triumph Scrambler 400 X, KTM 390 Adventure, BMW G 310 GS and Yezdi Adventure. Royal Enfield Himalayan 450

Prices - The new Himalayan 450 is available in three variants - Base, Pass and Summit. All these variants have been launched at introductory prices of Rs 2.69 lakh, Rs 2.74 lakh and Rs 2.84 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively.

Engine Specs - The new Himalayan 450 derives its power from RE’s new Sherpa 450 engine, a 451.65 cc liquid-cooled engine that generates 40 bhp and 40 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed transmission and a slip-and-assist clutch.

Yezdi Adventure

Prices - The Yezdi Adventure is available in three variants - Slick Silver, Whiteout and Mambo Black. Prices for these three variants are Rs 2.18 lakh, Rs 2.22 lakh and Rs 2.22 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. 

Engine Specs - The Yezdi Adventure is powered by a single-cylinder 334cc liquid-cooled engine that churns a power output of 30 bhp and 29.84 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox unit.
