Tata Harrier EV Vs Mahindra XEV 9E: Tata has launched its much-awaited electric SUV, the Harrier EV, in India today at an introductory price of Rs 21.49 lakhs (Ex-showroom). The Harrier EV will be available with two battery pack options, a 65 kWh and a 75 kWh. The electric version of the Harrier gets Mahindra XEV 9E as one of its top rivals. Here we are comparing both of these SUVs in terms of price and range.
Tata Harrier EV Vs Mahindra XEV 9E: Pricing
The Mahindra XEV 9E is a coupe-style SUV, and it is available in a total of four variants: Pack One 59 kWh, Pack Two 59 kWh, Pack Three 79 kWh, and Pack Three Select 59 kWh. While the Pack One with 59 kWh is priced at Rs 21.90 (Ex-showroom) lakhs, Pack Two 59 kWh is priced at Rs 24.90 lakhs (Ex-showroom), Pack Three select 59 kWh is priced at Rs 27.90 lakhs (Ex-showroom), and Pack Three 79 kWh costs Rs 30.50 lakhs (Ex-showroom). Tata has only revealed the pricing for the 65 kWh battery variant, and the pricing for the 75 kWh battery trim is yet to be revealed.

Tata Harrier EV Vs Mahindra XEV 9E: Range
The Mahindra XEV 9E is also offered with options of two battery packs: a 59 kWh and a 79 kWh. While the variant with the smaller battery pack is claimed to offer a range of up to 546 kilometers in a single charge, the larger battery pack variant has a claimed range of up to 656 kilometers. The Harrier EV, on the other hand, is available similarly in two battery options: a 65 kWh and a 75 kWh. The Harrier EV has an ARAI claimed range of up to 627 kilometers in a single charge, whereas the brand claims a real-time range of up to 505 kilometers.
